All custom 3D printed items are final sale.
Because each item is made to order based on your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Need to cancel or change your order?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, weโre here to help.
To request a replacement or refund:
Contact us at returns@filamore3dprints.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Weโll review and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, weโll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch and weโll do our best to assist.
๐๏ธ Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)
If your order includes pre-designed or non-custom items, they may be eligible for return:
Must be in original condition and unused.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
