We primarily use high-quality PLA filament, which is biodegradable, durable, and perfect for both decorative and functional prints. We also offer specialty filaments like silk, wood-infused, PETG, ASA, and glow-in-the-dark for select designs.

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Head over to our Custom Print Request form to tell us about your vision, and we’ll get back to you with a quote and timeline.

📦 How long will my order take to ship?

Most items are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days. Custom designs may take a bit longer depending on complexity—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🚚 Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

At this time, we ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS. Local pickup near Oregon City, OR may be available by request—feel free to reach out!

🔁 What is your return policy?

🧽 How do I care for my 3D prints?

To keep your prints looking great:

• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight (like in a hot car unless otherwise stated on the product listing)

• Clean gently with a dry or damp cloth (no harsh chemicals)

• Keep away from high heat (like stovetops and dishwashers)
